MSA Classics

It is with much regret that we have decided not to run the MSA Spring Classic in 2017. We know that this will be a great disappointment to a lot of people. Indeed it is for the IMS team and all the people that have worked on this event, and the MSA Euroclassic too, for many years.

The Spring Classic is a great event and one that has been incredibly popular since its inception in 2013. There is definitely a market for this type of non-competitive driving tour and IMS has always strived to run the kind of well-organised, attention-to-detail operation that has marked the Classics out against similar events.

But that quality of event doesn't just happen; it requires a huge amount of resource to bring it to life and as a result it is becoming increasingly difficult to make it into a commercially viable proposition.

So for this year, we will take stock and work out where we go next. There may yet be a Spring Classic in April 2018, but for now we would like to thank you for your loyal patronage of the Classics events over the years and wish you and your wonderful motor cars every success in your classic motoring endeavours.

Over the Christmas holidays, we have been busy putting the final touches to the itinerary for this year's MSA Spring Classic and now it's time to get those entries in and make plans for another memorable driving adventure.
